Opera

A classic of French haute pâtisserie, the Opera is a symphony of texture and taste. Layers of almond biscuit joconde gently soaked with coffee liqueur alternate with silky coffee cream and dark chocolate ganache, all resting on a delicate reconstituted streusel base. Finished with a flawless shiny chocolate glaze and a whisper of gold, this elegant creation balances deep espresso notes and rich chocolate in perfect harmony.
